For customers located in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions before you send your item back.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
