Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
United States Shipping

International Shipping (Outside the United States)

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local import fees required by their destination country.
Important: Jordan Mercer cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. The release of shipments is determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@jordanmercer.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to our fast processing system.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may follow our return procedure once the item has been delivered.
Delivery Delays & Customer Support
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, courier backlogs, or seasonal demand.
